You can use VISA and MasterCard bank cards to pay for an International Student Certificate of Insurance. The payments are made via the SBERBANK payment system, which guarantees their confidentiality, reliability and accuracy.
What do you need to know to make a payment:
If your card does not feature any CVC / CVV code, it is possible that this card is not suitable for CNP transactions (i.e. those transactions that require just the data printed on the card, not the card itself) and you should contact your bank for more information.
All kinds of VISA cards are accepted for payment, except for Visa Electron. In most cases, Visa Electron cards cannot be used for online payments. Some banks, however, issue Visa Electron cards that can be used to make such transactions. You have to address the bank that issued your Visa Electron card on the possibility of such payments.
All kinds of VISA cards are accepted for payment via the website, except for Maestro.
Having indicated your personal data, you proceed to the payment page. The system will forward you to the authentication server page where you will be asked to enter your bank card data, initiate its authorization and then return to our website by choosing the "Return to Website" option.
Once you return to our website, the system will notify you of the authorization results. If your authorization is confirmed, your certificate of insurance will be automatically generated and sent to your E-mail address. If your card is denied authorization you are free to repeat the payment procedure again.
The payment is finalized via the authorization server of the Bank Processing Center that performs a bank card check.
In order to pay with a Sberbank card you have to choose the "Go to SBERBANK payment system website" option. You will be redirected to the payment gateway of "Sberbank of Russia" PJSC where you can specify your bank card details.* The connection with the payment gateway and the transfer of your bank card data are done in secure mode using the 128-bit SSL Encryption Protocol.
You have only 20 minutes for the entire payment procedure; please, get your bank card ready in advance. If the specified time is not enough for you to finalize the payment or the authorization of your card is declined, you are free to repeat the payment procedure later.
The amount debited from your card includes the costs of the purchased certificate and the transaction fee (charged according to the tariffs of your bank).
The payment of your purchase presupposes that you are redirected to the "Sberbank of Russia" PJSC payment gateway where you are required to enter your bank card details. Please prepare your bank card in advance. The connection with the payment gateway and the data transfer are done in secure mode using the SSL Encryption Protocol.
If your bank supports secure online payment technologies (Verified By Visa or MasterCard Secure Code) you may also have to enter a special password to ensure your payment is finalized. You can inquire about the methods and possibility to acquire such password at the bank that issued your card.

The entered data will not be disclosed to third parties (except for the cases when its disclosure is stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation). Bank card payments are carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of Visa int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl. payment systems.
If you cancel your order you can get the paid amount refunded to your card by notifying us in advance via E-mail.
All refunds for returned goods shall be carried out in accordance with the "On Protection of Consumer Rights" law. A refund is sent to the customer's bank card following the written request of the customer.
A request of refund shall be delivered in person to the insurance company office or scanned and sent to the following E-mail address: email@example.com; firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your certificate is sent to your E-mail address once the payment process is finalized.
